I started my work as a nurse. I gained experience in several areas of healthcare (psychiatry, children’s and adult district clinics, and professional nursing services), which I still use to this day. Leaving the healthcare system behind, I came into contact with alternative exercise therapy. At the Máté Bene Spine Academy, I completed spine fitness therapy and then the NMPT (Natural Movement Pattern Training) Instructor training. From there, I continued to help with spinal exercises.
SI therapy, cupping and various massage techniques (Swedish wellness massage, aromatherapy stress-relieving face massage, maternity massage) were built on these foundations. Later, thanks to Sanka Nagy and the Rapid Massage Service, the Dynamic Rapid Massage training, as well as the basics of Tendon and Fascia therapy and the Fascia+Momentum+Exercises+Acupoints advanced training were added to my repertoire. Rapid Massage is a dance for me. Rocking and rocking along with the music, I massage. By the way, rocking entered my life from another side when I became a grandmother.
With my partner, Lajos Kovács, we are the ‘GerincKovácsok’. Our headquarters are located in Szeghalm, Békés county, but I am also available from time to time in Nagykálló, Szabolcs county. I try to help those who come to me with locomotor system complaints using various methods, to map the cause of the problems in addition to symptomatic treatment. In addition to manual treatments, I also hold individual and group exercises, so I can help in a complex way and achieve a lasting effect.
In addition to the body, relaxation of the soul is also very important, I am happy to talk and „soul” with my guests, of course only if I find a partner and need for this. In addition to all this, I also have spiritual help, I use Reiki energy. I am currently studying naturopathy.
